Roofing FAQs
Metal roofing systems are environmentally-friendly and, when you consider the 40-year warranty, they are easy on the budget, too. Our expert roofing technicians can walk you through your options and show you how you can keep your home safe from the elements for years to come.
There are many signs that your roof may have damage. These include missing shingles, discoloration, and water stains on the interior of your home. However, if you have not had a roofing inspection in more than a few years, there may also be hidden issues, such as leaks and rotted plywood, that you can’t see from the ground with the naked eye.
There are many factors that go into the cost of a new roof. In addition to the materials you choose, the size of your roof and even the grade of the slope all factor into your overall investment. At Byler And Sons, we take pride in offering the best value in the industry. That’s why we recommend metal roofing systems. We also offer asphalt shingles for consumers needing a quick roof replacement on a budget.
Usually, we can replace the roof in about a day. Keep in mind, however, that yours may take longer, depending on the size of the project and if you have an old roof that needs to be removed prior to installation.
You’ll first want to ask about their experience and whether they are bonded, insured, and licensed. Ask your technician if they can provide reviews, references, and testimonials. Don’t be shy about asking to see a copy of the roofing warranty and whether or not your roofer is BBB Accredited.
Each project is assigned a project manager, and you will be provided their contact number at the beginning of installation. You can always call the office or touch base
